This Baibu solar smart backpack has a good sized solar panel allowing not only the power bank to recharge while on the go but can also charge directly to the phone or other device without needing the power bank backup, devices can plug straight in to the solar panel via a usb port. There is also another external usb port that connects to the power bank inside the bag allowing you to charge your phone easily.
